When you're struggling and need something to cope with anxiety and panic, a self soothe box can be really helpful.  

You can create and decorate an actual box or bag, putting in things to support you on difficult days and you could also createa portable one digitally on your phone, so its always with you.

Kindness by Post Project

A Mental Health Collective scheme called Kindness-by-Post exchange is 'like a great big secret Santa for random acts of kindness'. If you are over 13 you can sign up for free to send a card or letter with a message of encouragement to someone else in the UK, and have someone allocated to send a card or letter encouraging you. Register for free to be part of it.  Under 13's can join the scheme with help from a parent or guardian.

Over 18? Become an NHS Volunteer Responder

NHS Volunteer Responders has been set up to support the NHS during the COVID-19 outbreak. Volunteers must be 18 or over, and fit and well with no symptoms.
Safety is the priority - the majority of tasks can be undertaken while social distancing and volunteers will receive guidance. Roles include Community Response volunteers: - collecting shopping, medication or other essential supplies for someone who is self-isolating and the Check-in and Chat volunteers: providing short-term telephone support to individuals who are at risk of loneliness as a consequence of self-isolation.
