When emotions and problems feel overwhelming, it may seem difficult to cope. Reaching out to someone may feel hard but it can make a difference. You can talk to us about anything – it's free and confidential – talking to us can really help!

Young people aged 11-25

HYCS offer a free, 1-2-1 counselling service just for young people. Our service is confidential and anyone aged 11-25 who lives, works or studies in the Borough of Hounslow can self-refer to our service.
