Professionals - Hounslow Borough
If you are a professional working with a vulnerable young person about whom you are concerned, you may wish to consider signposting them to an external support service such as HYCS.
See below for more information and to access our handy signposting guide for professionals and parents:
HYCS is a self-referral service for young people 11-25* who live, work or study in Hounslow Borough and you can support them by giving them information about our service and how they can access it.
You may find it helpful to take a look at our Information for Parents and Professionals leaflet shown below for information about our service and the referral process to our Isleworth centre.
* Please note, unfortunately we cannot register young people for whom there is less than 6 months until their 26th birthday.
When signposting a young person to HYCS you may find it helpful to give them our website address so they can find out about our service and access the Self Help Hub.
