HYCS periodically runs recruitment programmes - we will post dates on our website when we are looking for a new intake.

Want to join our team?
HYCS is a BACP-accredited service , committed to the highest professional standards.  We periodically recruit volunteer, humanistic counsellors to offer midweek, evening counselling sessions at our Isleworth centre for 11-25 year old clients in the Hounslow Borough.

Please contact us to see how we might work together.

If you are 11-25 and enjoy using apps and would like to be one of our HYCS team of volunteer app testers in your spare time to use and then review mental health and wellbeing support apps, please contact us at ask@hycscounselling.co.uk.

Our team of testers pre-assess apps for safety, enjoyment and of course whether they are supportive, using a simple, standard form.  Their work has been really helpful in identifying apps to suggest to our client base.

Link to our app testing form here to complete your first review.

If you are aged 11-25, are enthusiastic and would like to represent the voice of young people within our organisation and  help to shape our service, please contact us at ask@hycscounselling.co.uk

• Apply for Youth Committee - please contact us to ask for an application form.

The Role of a Trustee
Becoming a charity Trustee is one of the most important roles in the voluntary sector. Our Trustees help to give direction to the charity and are ultimately responsible for its activities. The Trustees' skills and experience are invaluable to the further development and growth of HYCS.
